How is this different?
Love The Grind V2.0 is has everything you loved about the original love the grind program and more. I've added an additional week of training and workouts. I've included new movements and new high-def images to ensure you have a clear understanding of how to perform each and every exercise. I also give you a written explanation of each move to fill in the gaps.

How often do I have to train?
This is a 4-day per week schedule. The program length is 4-weeks. However, you can arrange the workouts as it fits your schedule. I suggest sticking to the schedule for maximum results.

You do not receive a tangible, hard copy product. All Tee Major Fitness programs are 100% digital. This way we save on shipping, time (you get the program immediately), and most importantly we save the beautiful trees.
So, how do I get my program?
Upon purchase, you will receive an email with all of your download links and instructions. These links expire, however, your purchase does not.
