WHAT IS BODYWEIGHT BEACH WORKOUT?
Tee Major carefully crafts a quick, but intense fat torching 20-minute bodyweight workout using the most effective method to burn fat and fire up your metabolism; High Intensity Interval Training.
HOW IS THE WORKOUT STRUCTURED?
Bodyweight Beach Workout uses 5 X 3-Minute circuits consisting of 2 strength exercises (30 seconds each) and 1 core exercise (1 minute). Each strength exercise is completed twice for a total of 2 minutes duration. Each core exercise is completed once for a total of 1-minute. The entire workout is only 15-minutes of actual work time plus a (5-7min) warm up and a (5-7min) cool down at the end of the workout.
