WHAT IS BODYWEIGHT BEACH WORKOUT?
Tee Major carefully crafts a quick, but intense fat torching 20-minute bodyweight workout using the most effective method to burn fat and fire up your metabolism; High Intensity Interval Training.
HOW IS THE WORKOUT STRUCTURED?
Bodyweight Beach Workout uses 5 X 3-Minute circuits consisting of 2 strength exercises (30 seconds each) and 1 core exercise (1 minute). Each strength exercise is completed twice for a total of 2 minutes duration. Each core exercise is completed once for a total of 1-minute. The entire workout is only 15-minutes of actual work time plus a (5-7min) warm up and a (5-7min) cool down at the end of the workout.

I've only been doing it for a week now and am excited to continue. I feel the workouts are challenging but manageable. After 30 minutes I feel like I did a great workout and didn't spend 30 minutes running on a treadmill. Only thing is I wish there was a body weight and measurement tracking chart included

Excellent workout. I like how it is 5 circuits. You don't get bored from doing the same thing over and over. He makes it look easy but trust me it will challenge you.

I've been using it 3 to 4 days a week since purchasing it 3 weeks ago. I just didn't have a consistent warm up routine, because some days I have lots of time to work out, some days it's very little time, and warming up got squeezed out. This is a very focused and time efficient way to warm up the whole body. I feel really ready to run, lift, or participate in dynamic/explosive workouts after the 10 minutes I take on this.
I am also seeing some slight increase in flexibility and balance already by incorporating these into my routine. My hamstrings were quite tight. Inch worms and spiderman's with extension have helped those. I modified the monster walks to work on balance. I kick up, touch my toe as described in the handout. Instead of putting the kicking leg down, I, swing that leg behind me, reach down with the opposite hand and touch the floor while balancing on one leg, step forward and repeat.
Great workouts for real strength!
Since beginning this program, I have noticed how my much my body has improved physically. My stamina has increased as well as my body definitions. When done correctly, body weight exercises are the real deal and a great transition from traditional weight training. Great workout in a short time! Love how Tee give an example of each exercise. Its about quality, not quantity! Im thinking about giving in to the other programs.
Good warm-up! I don't use it all and have customized it abit, but it is a great active warmup after using the foam roller.
i generally don't like going to the gym as I rarely go with an actual plan. Armed with Love The Grind, I'm accomplishing a lot more at the gym. Days when I don't have time to go to the gym, I can do most of the workouts at home with minimal equipment.

I did week 1 and love it. Day 3 was really hard and long for me but I am hooked. 2 more weeks and I think I will buy one of the bigger programs, just not sure which one yet. I also purchased but haven't received the pushx3 push up handles. I look forward to hurting for a long time.

I want you to know that I almost died during DAY ONE of BW44... i am very angry and happy :) I've been an athlete my entire life, but your workout has me second-guessing my abilities!
Who did you make these workouts for?! ...now I know that I signed up for a challenge, but GOOD HEAVENS! ...is this stuff legal? My arms are wobbly and holding a microphone while i'm singing for the hours that I do per night has posed a problem, haha!

I liked the workout very much, got me panting!
Some of the workouts are challenging, others not as much. I was expecting a little more variability and diversity within digital book. There are only four routines, each with only four or five exercises. These exercises are completed a number of times over to meet the required reps or time limit. I preferred the demo copy I downloaded earlier for free, it was much more challenging. Perhaps I got the advertising for the BW44 routine mixed up with thinking this was a similar product.
The book is well put together, and the pictures and explanations are great.
Great combination of calisthenics, yoga, and pilates for beginners and intermediates.
The training is varied and I’m able to do it at home. I’ll continue this program as my favourite.

workout is crazy can't get enough can't get to pull-ups though no bar been doing dumbbell presses and upside down push-ups can't edit for part 2
so excited to try these rotations. Lots of variety and have heard nothing but great feedback from those who have used it.
Haven't been able to get into it as i had mentioned to you that i have had shoulder and wrist issues. Those getting way better now and plan to get on it in the next few days . Im gonna DO WORK on that program!

I hate to write reviews about product that is free because it's free and a complaint shouldn't be made...IMO. The only issue that I have is that this is a great workout for someone who is either experienced or determined and savvy enough to navigate the web in order to learn how to properly execute the exercise. If not, then the product is good to look at.
I am looking to incorporate and master more body weight workout in my regime and this is another great tool to do just that.
All in all its a great addition to what I was already doing in my TRX routine

I could barely straighten my arms enough to tie my shoes for days afterwards. Granted, I'm 45 years old so probable a little older than your target audience. I like that you need almost no gym equipment to get an intense workout in very little time. Great web site and program keep up the good work.

I would not have called this a workout for advanced practitioners. The first love the grind was a good one. This one is good for beginners and those of moderate physical ability, barring some exceptions like Dragon Walks. There is also not enough diversity.

I think this program is really awesome. Especially because it's free and you can kinda get a feel for the whole bodyweight idea before buying something. Only mingle would be that the pix could be a bit more high def cause I'm the old fashioned print out type a guy. Other than that it's awesome for a FREE program to start out with.

I am a Platoon Sergeant in the FL. National Guard. I tried your program out as a test for my Soldiers. We have a difficult time trying to get Soldiers to pass their Physical Fitness Exam. Even though they need the self motivation in order to be able to exercise on their own, I have been able to use your bodyweight routine to guide my Soldiers and help give them positive direction for them to be able to be successful with their Exam without having to pay for a gym membership. I try my best to go above and beyond for my guys. Although I have just started to implement your routes, I am seeing a positive feed back from my Soldiers as they are gaining more confidence and getting better prepared. Thank you. Everything is great, the nutrition information help me a lot and make me notice that my problem was the way I eat.
But we are going for a change.
nice program, really looked forward to 3 x wk and doing other stuff on off days. Just the right stuff to keep this 50 yr old feeling it. Not sure about the 10x set sequences for pull phase. The most I could do was 5. Definately a great program, I'm recommending to others. Body weight only is challenging!
I find that three weeks workout program awesome! I already see a bit resulta and it's encourage me to continue that way ! I mist admit that the most difficullt thing is DISCIPLINE. Going three-four times a week at the gym requires organisation and discipline. I know a lot of people who always find excuses..

At this moment the love the grind workouts are to hard for me. But It has given me a great goal to work towards. For now lots of modifications, but I will keep working on it till i can nail those workouts :-)
No need for heavy equipment other than a yoga ball and pull up bar, saves me a trip gym and the excersise are hilariously strenuous as well I love'em
It's simply just Amazing!
The quality and challenge of the work out is top notch. It just costs too much for what it is. It would be perfect at half the price. When one considers the price of the 90 day program is $90, the price of this one day program should be a fair amount less than $11. Also, you could sell a bunch of workouts that show how to develop the strength AND the techniques needed to do some of the more challenging moves you do, such as horizontal pull ups, levers and the like. A lot of people find this amazing, myself included, but learning the components and steps to be able to do such challenging things very likely appeals to a lot of people who work out and see your workouts.
My muscle get sore the next morning after a session and I get really pumped up and I can feel myself getting a bit fitter

I bought this video because I am doing other workouts at home but I feel I could become functionally stronger. It looks very professional, challenging but safe, with a lot of attention to warming up properly, and tips to get the moves and positions right throughout. I will be incorporating this in my workout schedule.

Yes, the content is there for a good workout. BUT, the graphic nature, the presentation, of the individual exercises are terrible and very much counter productive to their having a positive effect on the hopeful user.

…it would more than some very smal pics with very decent description and some hard to read font. Well I'm interested in BW44 program, but I'm nor sure… if it's in the same style, I don't want it.

I'd say that this small but intense routine shows a taste of what must be an amazing program what is offered with the 44 exercises, however, it's not for beginners. If one were to jump into a program like this without being somewhat in shape already, they'd feel great for a day or two and then the lactic acid build-up would take them out of commission entirely, and they might not have the will to return.
That being said, I think it's great. Bravo
